There are many exceptional basketball stars, but have you ever wondered who deserves to be at the top? Many agree that the two greatest basketball players are either Michael Jordan or LeBron James. They say this because both of them have all-around talents at any part of the court. By looking at the statistics, Jordan scored 30.1 points per game, while James averages 27.1. However, James has averaged 7.4 rebounds a game and 7.4 assists, while Jordan averaged 6.2 and 5.3 in those categories. But in my opinion, rebounds and assists are more essential for basketball, because basketball is a team game. James has the occasional ability to make his teammates better. Picking between James and Jordan is like picking between pizza and burgers. Pizza and burgers are both indeed savory and mouth-watering. But overall, James is better than Jordan in my judgment.
